OMMIC has invested heavily in R&D to provide you with state-of-the-art MMICs so that one can build devices at the edge of technology. This is why, we have focused on making a 100 nm GaN/Si technology which offers outstanding efficiency (up to 50% PAE), with high power density and competitive NF. This is ideal for mmW applications such as high power amplifier and integrated T/R chips.
