A DIE TO RULE THEM ALL

Our portfolio of MMICs includes Corechips that can be used for active phase array antenna. Corechips are based on the integration in a single die of digital phase shifter, digital attenuator, LNA, MPA and switches for phased array antenna applications. Phase and gain are controlled through a Serial to Parallel interface on the die (called SIPO). With the SIPO (Serial Input Parallel Output), the number of bonding is greatly reduced and only three of them are needed to control a corechip.
