NEW D01PH PDK RELEASE

Improvement of our D01PH(S) PDK

OMMIC’s processes are design to have a long lifetime… and long support! D01PH(S) has been release last century and we are still updating the PDK.
Notable changes are listed here-below:

UPDATE OF THE AWR DESIGN KIT – Now V3.1.9:
– DRC rules integrated
– Capacitance to ground equation updated for all devices (PADs, FETs, Diodes,…)
– “TIN” layer added on via-hole and pad layouts, pad layout updated
– Non linear FET dedicated to ohmic zone for switch/mixer application added
– Non linear Diodes DIGM updated
– Non linear Diodes DIBE DIBEOV updated
– Small signal model: DC current now displayed on the device, flicker noise model updated
– Layers names and GDS numbers updated
– SiN and SiN+SiO2 MIM capacitor model adjusted, EM substrates updated to be consistent
– New EM substrate for Hsub=70µm + dedicated SPP rules: derived layers are updated for the via-hole when wafer thickness is 70µm
– Via hole schematic model updated
– “shortcuts” library integrated including Stackups and Extract blocks
– Etch Stop option: process variant is added to PDK. D01PHS process is the D01PH with addition of an etch stop layer

MINOR UPDATE OF THE ORCHAD PSPICE LIBRARY:
– Correction of resistance calculation for extracted resistors
– Update the inductance value for via hole
