8 - 12 GHz GaN LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER

The CGY2222UH is a high performance GaN Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) MMIC designed to operate in the X-band. This LNA has 1.5 dB of noise figure and 20 dB of output forward gain.

The device can be used in radar, military and space applications. The MMIC is being evaluated for space applications.
